Return Policy

Overview

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, this policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges work at BloomHer.

Return window

  • You may request a return within 30 days from the delivery date.

  • Requests made after 30 days are not eligible for refund or exchange.

Eligibility

To be eligible, all items must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition as received.

  • Be in the original, undamaged packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and inserts.

  • Include a receipt or order number.

  • Receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from BloomHer before shipping back.

Do not send your return to the product manufacturer. All returns must go through BloomHer™.

Product-specific notes

  • Beauty & personal-care / hygiene contact items (e.g., Waist Trainer Belt) must be unworn, unwashed, and sealed. For hygiene reasons, opened or tried-on items are not returnable unless defective on arrival.

  • Electrical beauty devices (e.g., Cordless Automatic Curler, Body Massager): must be unused with protective films and all components. Devices that show signs of use, pairing, or installation are not returnable unless defective on arrival.

Non-returnable items

  • Opened or used beauty/personal-care items that contact skin or hair (unless defective on arrival).

  • Devices that have been used, installed, paired, or altered.

  • Clearance / final-sale items.

  • Gift cards and promotional vouchers.

  • Downloadable/digital content (if any).

  • Items showing wear, tampering, or unauthorized modification.

Exchanges

We replace items only if defective or damaged on arrival. If you need an exchange, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos/video.

Damaged or defective on arrival (DOA)

If your item is damaged, missing parts, or not working on delivery, email us within 7 days of receipt with:

  • Order number, description of the issue, and clear photos/video of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
    If confirmed, we’ll provide a prepaid label or resolve case-by-case.

Partial refunds & adjustments (where applicable)

A partial refund may apply if:

  • Packaging or accessories are missing;

  • Items are returned outside the 30-day window but accepted at our discretion;

  • Items show handling not due to our error.
    We will inform you of any adjustment before processing.

Return shipping costs

  • For change of mind / wrong size / not as expected: customer pays return shipping. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • For BloomHer error or DOA: we cover reasonable return shipping (prepaid label when applicable).

  • If a refund is approved and you used our label for a non-defect return, the label cost may be deducted from your refund.

We strongly recommend a trackable service and shipping insurance for returns over $50. BloomHer isn’t responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds

  • After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you an approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after our confirmation:

  1. Recheck your bank account; 2) Contact your card issuer; 3) Contact your bank.

Gifts

  • If marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, approved returns may receive a store credit for the value of your return.

  • If the order wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the purchaser, the refund goes to the original purchaser.

Bundles & sets

Bundle items must be returned complete and sealed. Partial bundle returns are not accepted unless otherwise stated.

Wrong address / unclaimed parcels

Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address or unclaimed delivery can be resent (additional shipping fee) or refunded minus shipping fees once received back in eligible condition.

How to start a return (RMA required)

  1. Email contact@bloomher.shop with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll reply with RMA instructions and the return address (do not ship without RMA).

  3. Pack securely and ship within 7 days of receiving the RMA.
