What is your return policy?


We accept returns within 30 days from delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging with all accessories. Hygiene-contact items (e.g., Waist Trainer) must be unworn/unopened unless defective on arrival. All returns require an RMA from us—please email contact@bloomher.shop. What payment methods do you accept?


Major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and express checkouts like Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay (availability may vary by device/region and what’s enabled at checkout).

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly. If you need a change or cancel, email contact@bloomher.shop within 60 minutes of purchase not yet fulfilled, we’ll do our best to update or cancel.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet—US only at launch (including PO Boxes and APO/FPO via USPS). We’ll update this page when international shipping becomes available.

How long does shipping take?


Processing time: 1–2 business days.
Transit time after dispatch: Standard = 10 business days (estimate).
Delivery times can vary by carrier, destination, weather, and seasonal volume.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We provide free shipping on all orders over $50. For orders below $50, standard shipping rates apply.

Can I track my order?

Yes. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking when your order ships (updates can take 24–48h). If you used Shop Pay, you can track in the Shop app as well. Can’t find it? Check spam, then email contact@bloomher.shop.

How do I find my size?

Each product page includes a Size Chart. For the Waist Trainer:

  1. natural waist (narrowest point) snug but not tight.
  2. size chart on the product page.
  3. larger for comfort, or the snugger fit if experienced.
